Personal Training is designed to address all of your strength and flexibility needs in order to keep your body conditioned for your sport and increase your skill level or overall health and fitness!
Whether you’re aiming to increase your conditioning for circus, dance or gymnastics, wanting to get in touch with your body and increase core strength with Pilates sessions or increase your overall strength, stamina or flexibility; this is the place for you!
Personal Training sessions are available in 30, 45 or 60 minute time slots. If this is your first time working with us please book in for your free 30 minute consultation to determine your needs and get a taste of what we do!
